The prices listed below are per order, not per item. 


£2.99 - Standard 2 - 4 Working Day Delivery - Royal Mail tracked & signed for service. (Monday - Saturday) Orders are posted via Royal Mail Tracked service. However this is just a guideline and sometimes it can take a little longer to reach you. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are NOT counted as a working day.

We currently do not offer a next day delivery option facility.


Ireland Delivery £6.95

Orders are posted via Royal Mail or equivalent courier on a tracked service. Estimated delivery time 5-7 working days. 

EU Tracked Delivery £8.95

Orders are posted via Royal Mail or equivalent courier on a tracked service. Estimated delivery time 5-7 working days.

International Delivery £15

Orders are posted via Royal Mail or equivalent courier on a tracked service. Estimated delivery time 6-8 working days. 

Please Note: Prices are in UK Sterling and may vary due to currency conversion rates. 

We aim to deliver all orders within specified delivery times. For reasons beyond our control this may on occasions be longer. In the event you order an item which is out of stock when our website has not already informed you that the item is out of stock we will contact you by telephone or email as quickly as possible to notify you - you are entitled to cancel the order at this stage should the delayed delivery be inconvenient.

All orders will be delivered by a courier service and can be delivered up until 10pm.

In the event the order arrives damaged i.e. there is visible damage to either the goods or packaging we ask that you refuse delivery and request it be sent back to us. We will then inspect the damage and have a replacement sent to you straight away.

All deliveries will require a signature from someone at the customer’s property. If a signature cannot be obtained by our chosen delivery company then a calling card will be left and the item/s will be returned to the depot, from which you will need to arrange for a re-delivery. (The only exception for this is if a non-tracked service is chosen for USA/Australia - if this is chosen Reckless Doll cannot be held responsible for missing parcels)

We reserve the right to cancel any order which is logistically too complicated to deliver and will treat this order as a cancelled order. A refund will be given if any monies have been paid.


We hope that you are happy with your purchases from Reckless Doll, however if this is not the case, we will refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of us receiving your returns.

When returning items to us, please place your returned goods without removing any labels or tags in a sealed bag with the returns form filled in with the relevant information.  Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as unfortunately we can’t refund or exchange any items that are marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions etc. All items to be returned with the tags still attached.

Any lingerie or bodysuits cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and hygiene reasons.

Returned goods must reach us no longer than 14 days from the date you receive them, we will not accept returned goods after this time. Please note before making any purchase from this site that any refund can take up to 14 working days.

Full refund will be given for the cost of the item, excluding postage & returns cost.

Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting, as any missing parcel is your responsibility. We recommend that all customers retain a proof of postage receipt and keep this until you have been credited for your returned items.

Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. Once your return is received it will take up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed to your original method of payment


Exchanges will be processed within 7 days of being received. Please note exchanges are subject to availability of stock. We will contact you if your item is not available for an exchange.

*Please note we can only process UK and IE exchanges. All international exchanges will be processed as a refund. 

Please include the invoice you receive with your order, stating which item (s) you wish to exchange and what for on the invoice. 

Please post the invoice along with the items you wish to exchange.

The item must be repacked, along with the returns form or invoice in the same condition as it was received.

Return to the address detailed on the returns slip.

Reckless Doll cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit.

We only offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour.

Once an exchange has been approved we will require you to pay the cost postage of the exchanged item.

If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund minus the original shipping charge to you. Please note you may only make an exchange on the same item once.

*Please note that any items purchased with a 20% or more discount code or any items in the sale section are considered final sale and will not be accepted for return unless faulty.

We cannot except any Bodysuits for return or exchange.
